Copperhead has a severe snake fixation. His original costume was coated with a special oil that allowed him to slither through any opening, and the headdress had fangs coated with toxic snake venom. He was defeated by Batman, Wonder Woman, and Batgirl. He then went on to join the Secret Society of Super-Villains. His powers were beefed up by Neron, so that now his very touch is toxic.
