Amy Rohrbach

In a police department rife with corruption, Amy Rohrbach was one of the few officers who steered clear of the temptations of corrupt cops and criminals. She and several others formed a secret group that would keep an eye on certain and new officers.

Amy was soon partnered with Dick Grayson who had recently joined the force. She treated him coldly but this was because she wanted to see what kind of person he was. When it was clear that Dick could be trusted, she was more friendlier with him and even introduced him to her husband and children. At the same time Dick also provided help as his alter ego Nightwing.

When the corrupt Chief Redhorn was killed, Internal affairs cleared the force of just about every crooked cop there was. Amy was promoted to captain. However some of the crooked cops targetted her and her family but were saved by Nightwing. During one encounter, Amy discovered Dick's secret and reluctantly worked alongside him but later parted ways with him after the force came under attack from the D.A who was also a brother of one of the person's Nightwing arrested.
