Cat-Man

Tom Blake was a big-game hunter who specialized in stalking and trapping leopards, tigers, and other members of the cat family. He made his money by selling certain cats to zoos and circuses.

Blake eventually got tired of this and turned his back on jungle expeditions in favor of becoming a crimefighter, but eventually decided on a life of crime instead.

Like Catwoman, Cat-Man became known for his cat-oriented crimes. Cat-Man's costume gives him the proverbial nine lives of a cat. This makes him very hard for Batman to capture. Whether this is fact or luck has yet to be disovered.
